The brand champion, that’s Georgie. Amongst the many skills Georgie and Wildmoon bring to the table, I have to say that her ability to galvanise focus on the brand with the need for consistent communication including its look and feel across the whole organisation, stands her apart from other marketing managers. I have worked with Georgie since 2003. She and her team of suppliers have continually delivered to my expectation. We have multiple brands with multiple products all with varied budgets. Georgie has been able to deliver within those budgets and take the products to new levels each time. Just recently Georgie stepped in and managed a high-pressure media communication event that went over a few months. During this time she managed the strategies and the media all whilst writing supporting documents, running surveys and generating media releases. The outcome was superb, Fleetcare delivered a consistent highly refined message that the press continually picked up giving us high volume quality media exposure. To say that it was at times stressful is an understatement. Georgie handled the stress wonderfully and during this time she also managed a fully time team of three, oversaw the launch of a new website and reviewed our marketing strategy. Wildmoon has worked with us at Royal Perth Hospital since early 2002. Royal Perth Hospital has a long and proud history of setting excellent nursing standards in WA. Georgie has worked closely with our nursing staff at all levels to create a brand and marketing plan that embraces this history and sets Royal Perth Hospital nursing apart from all the others.Since engaging Georgie’s services, working alongside our Nurse Manager for Recruitment and Retention, has fine-tuned an identity both internally and externally. It is wonderful to walk around our hospital and see the many nurses with their “Heart of Care” lanyards around their necks and even more exciting to see our streamlined promotional material on the website, at universities, at expos or conferences and around the community.
